Determination of Factors Affecting Production Costs in Major Vegetable Products

چکیده
Çal??man?n temel amac? Antalya ilinde yo?un olarak yeti?tirilen ba?l?ca sebzelerin (domates, biber, patl?can, kabak ve h?yar) üretim maliyetlerini ekonomik sonuçlar?n? hesaplayarak maliyetlerine etki eden faktörleri belirlemektir. Bu amaca yönelik sebze üretimi yapan tabakal? tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemine göre belirlenen 232 adet i?letmeyle anket çal??mas? gerçekle?tirilmi?tir. Anket sonucunda domates, kabak, patl?can h?yar ürünlerinin 1 kg maliyetleri s?ras?yla 2.41 TL, 2.37 2.69 3.07 TL 2.46 hesaplanm??t?r. Çal??ma kapsam?nda ürünlerin ek brüt net kârlar? Biber üretiminin kâr? 0.39 -0.24 domates 0.35 -0.26 0.23 -0,56 0.44 -0.41 -0.37 belirlenmi?tir. Çal??mada etkileyen faktörler do?rusal regresyon analiziyle tahmin edilmi?tir. Analiz sonuçlar?na fide, gübre ilaç masraflar? pozitif yönde, materyal mevsimlik i?gücü masraf? negatif yönde etkilemi?tir. Elde edilen sonuçlara sera i?letmelerinde ölçek ekonomisiyle sa?lanan maliyet kâr avantaj?n?n olu?mad???, dolay?s?yla i?letme ölçeklerinin büyümesine kar?? kâr?n oldu?u
